Accommodations

There are five spaces to stay in or play in at The Cedars. We rent some of the cottages individually (see standalone price), but we usually attract a larger, more varied gathering that requires multiple cottages (see package prices). If a cottage does not have a standalone price, that is because it is only available as part of a package. If you are planning a team building, strategic planning or arts retreat, or family reunion, we can work together to work out how to best address your needs. Cookhouse
This central space is designed to be the hub of activity. With a large kitchen and wrap around dining space, the whole team can sit down to a meal they've prepared together, inside or outside. The small master bedroom has a queen bed and small en-suite bathroom. The guest room has a double bed. The games cupboard is filled with games for rainy days and evening championships. There are onsite laundry facilities and a separate toilet and shower room. These facilities may be shared with your family or friends staying in Boathouse and Writers. Cookhouse is perfect for two couples or a family. And it works well as the central space for whole team time.

Thistledown
This open-concept cottage has beautiful views across the lake. The queen bed is tucked into the back wing of the living space. Three patio doors open in different directions bringing the views
inside. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The den doubles as a guest bedroom when necessary! Perfect for a couple or small family. Excellent as a breakout space for team work.

Boathouse
Perched at the edge of the water, the boathouse is home not only to the fishing gear and other equipment, but also has a lovely sleeping space on the second floor. The central area is perfect for rainy day puzzles and late-night charades. The two sleeping wings allow separate spaces for boys and girls, or couples. Perfect for the kids to have their own space. Sleeps up to eight. Excellent as a breakout space for team work.

Writers 
This little bunkie is a romantic get away! Tucked up above the fray, this little cottage has a queen bed, a loft space for a double bed, and just enough space to hide away in. Perfect for a couple who don't mind a walk to the bathroom.

Boys’ Bunkie - Perched up in the woods, this bunkie sleeps 4 and has beautiful forest views.  It has two single beds, and two loft beds for the adventurous.  Guests use the communal washroom and kitchen facilities.

Birds
When a group is so large it fills all of these, Gran and Grumpa can be convinced to offer up this secluded cottage. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a second with a bunk bed. Well tested and proven to be ideal for grandparents with a couple of young grandkids, this space will work equally well for parents ;).   Excellent as a breakout space for team work.
